During the session participants will look at:

1. The creative impulse and process
2. Brainstorming and other tools
3. Decision making and risk management
4. Responding to change positively
5. Getting unstuck with ease
6. Motivating individuals and addressing cynicism
7. Applying innovative techniques to your own challenges
8. Implementing deliverable solutions to those issues

The course can also be adapted to focus on specific issues such as creative writing in the classroom, innovative teaching of the curriculum or working with the Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning.
